According to YIMBY, the design of a six-story residential building at 848 Lorimer Street has been updated. The former proposed design included a six-story building with residential space of 36,270 square feet which will divide amongst 29 units. As per the latest design, the six-story building is now altered to a five-story residential building covering an area of 32,121 square feet, which will split between 45 apartments. Each rental will likely to have 700 square feet space.

As per the latest reports, Issac & Stern’s residential building design will be greatly influenced by the neighboring warehouse, which means it will feature enormous windows. The first two floors of the building will display brick design, whereas the other floors will be entirely covered by glass.
